Classes
Mobility for Performance
Wednesdays from 7:30am-8:55am
Class details:
Enhances flexibility, strength, and nervous system function through intentional breathing and movement practices
Teaches and reviews exercises that allow proper joint positioning and muscle function, promoting optimal performance in other workout classes.
Breaks down biomechanics of the body to understand muscle and joint actions, helping members manage daily activities and prevent injuries.
Provides targeted mobility and strength exercises tailored to specific activities, ensuring participants are well-prepared for seasonal sports and hobbies.
Class examples can range anywhere from focusing on a specific pain spot in the body (low back and hips are always popular, shoulders, knees, ankles, etc), or focusing on recovery through foam rolling and slowing down our movements or picking a seasonal activity/hobby (hiking, cycling, swimming, gardening, etc) and focusing on the muscles that support that activity.
