  • Programmed workouts for you to do on your own. These can be done at home or at your own gym (workouts can be tailored for both).

  • All levels welcome. Best for someone who prefers to workout solo.

    • Up to 4 programmed workouts for you do to on your own each week

    • 2- 60 minute check ins per month via Zoom
