Fitness Assessment in Santa Rosa
Put your goals and current training in context before building a new plan. Start with what you can do and where you want to go.
- Goals and training history
- Strength and mobility considerations
- A baseline for program decisions

See the Bigger Training Picture.
A Fitness Assessment considers the information needed to shape your broader program: your experience, current activities, goals, and relevant strength or mobility needs. Nicky uses the conversation and appropriate movement observation to discuss a workable starting point.
Unlike a Movement Assessment focused on patterns or a Biomechanics Assessment focused on exercise mechanics, this service emphasizes overall planning. It is not a standardized medical fitness test, laboratory assessment, or diagnosis. There is no need to prove you are fit enough before you can ask for coaching.
